An Appleton resident for most of my life, I am a graduate of Lawrence University, with majors in Music and French. I am a longtime member (violinist) in the Fox Valley Symphony, as well as a private music teacher for all ages, specializing in piano and violin. I began my journey toward wellness in earnest after a life-threatening asthma incident in November of 2014. I made the decision that I would not resign myself to taking more and more medications as time progressed in order to keep the asthma under control, so I researched alternative methods of healing and came across the energy technique called Reiki. After experiencing it myself, I decided to learn more and become a Reiki practitioner, so I could share its amazing benefits with others.
Music has always been a passion in my life, so when I discovered that music truly can be used to bring about healing in myself and others, I knew this was something I wanted to add to my practice.
